What areas do you serve?
Walworth County and surrounding areas. If you are not sure whether we cover your location, call or send a message and ask.
What kinds of work do you do?
Security cameras and recorders, networking and Wi-Fi, VoIP phone systems, audio and video, landscape lighting, and access control. We also handle service calls and upgrades to existing systems.
How do I get an estimate?
Call, email or use the form on the home page. We will talk through what you need, look at the site if it helps, and send a written estimate that lists equipment and labor line by line. Estimates are free.
Is a deposit required?
Sometimes. A deposit may be required before we order materials. If one applies, it is shown on your invoice.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due by the date on your invoice, and the accepted payment methods are listed on the invoice. Our Terms and Conditions cover late payments.
What does the warranty cover?
Installation labor, parts and hardware are warranted for 12 months from the completion date. Software and system configuration are warranted for 3 months. The warranty covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover misuse, power surges, third-party changes or acts of nature. Manufacturer warranties on equipment may also apply.
What do I get when the job is finished?
A walkthrough so you know how to use the system, an invoice, and an install report with photos of the finished work.
Can you work with equipment I already have?
Often, yes. Tell us what you have and what you want it to do, and we will say whether it can be reused or should be replaced.
Do you send text messages?
Only to customers who have agreed to it, and only about scheduling, job updates, estimates and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never share mobile numbers for marketing. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
